Approximately 6 weeks prior to your wedding, we dive into close collaboration, acquainting ourselves with your plans and tying up any loose ends. Our dedicated team compiles a comprehensive vendor list and ensures that every detail has been accounted for. We take the time to deeply understand your design vision, crafting a customized timeline, and undertaking various tasks to ensure we bring your unique vision to life on your wedding day.

Each package includes a skilled Lead Day-of Coordinator accompanied by a team of assistants. In our pricing sheet, you'll find the "number of coordinating assistants" listed alongside each package, representing the additional helping hands who will be present at your wedding, working alongside the Lead Coordinator to orchestrate your perfect day.
